We made up this recipe and make it everytime we go camping ~~ hence the name campers delight.
1 package hash browns
1 package polish kielbasa sausage (or bacon), cut up
8 eggs, beaten
Grated cheese
In dutch oven or large skillet, brown sausage. When browned, remove sausage, but do not drain drippings. Cook hash browns (may need additional oil). When cooked, add eggs, sausage. Add cheese just before serving. Serve with salsa, ketchup or hot sauce.
